Sonesta Select Dallas Central Expressway

Honestly feel this hotel is pretty decent. It’s in a fairly decent area which can be hit or miss but that’s just about every where now days. Over all the stay was very uninterrupted and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating especially a gentleman by the name of Anthony that checked me In. I had issues with my card and he was so patient and friendly the whole time. And then again when I checked out I accidentally left a diamond ring in my room and had to call to notify them etc and he kindly went to find it and held it until I returned! He went above and beyond in my books. A great person to keep on y'all team. In my opinion. So yes I'd recommend this location. And looking forward to staying again eventually. Thank you.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable! It is quite noisy, but since the hotel is located next to a highway, this is something expectable.

I liked the entrance and how welcoming it was. The receptionist Jay was absolutely amazing with an outstanding personality and customer service. He deserves a raise. The African American manager (I forgot his name) was very nice and helpful. I arrived around 12:15 and he waived the early check in fee. I greatly appreciate their kindness. I will definitely come back just for their personality.

Clean and.nice staff.

The helpful and friendly staff was the best! The staff at the front desk, to the security guard and cleaning staff all made me feel at home and were very attentive during my week stay. They were great! I had to leave my home in Houston during the Hurricane Beryl with my dogs, so left in a rush and had to stay for a week. This place/staff made me feel at home and comfortable which meant a lot to me especially during a very difficult and stressful time. TYSM Amy, Jay, and Eric!!
